1. How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping anywhere in the United States is absolutely FREE. If you live outside the U.S. you may still receive free shipping or will be charged a certain rate depending on the country.

 

 

2. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

For 99% of our orders, they take an average of 1-3 days to process and then ship out. Shipping time will take 10-20 days for any product you purchase.

 

 

3. I've Contacted Your Team. When Will I Get a Response?

If you have contacted us please allow 1-4 days for a response. If you have not received a response please check your email address to make sure it is correct and try again.

 

 

4. I Forgot to Add Promo Code at Checkout. What should i do?

All checkouts are final and can not be adjusted. Remember to use code if you have one.

 

 

5. What Is Your Return Policy?

6. Order Never came. Whats the next step?

For orders that have not been received before the maximum amount of days after purchase(23 Days) please contact our team to further investigate and move forward with an appropriate action.

 

 

7. Will I Receive a Full Refund?

As stated in our Return/Exchange policy page all orders that are placed have a processing fee of 15% of that item/items cost that is non-refundable(unless item is not received and we confirm through investigation) and for exchanges see our Return/Exchange Policy page.
