Return/Exchange Policy



-Our policy for returns states that we will not take a return for any reason other than physical damage. All sales are final.

-If the the item is damaged upon delivery and we are contacted within 7 days of delivery,  we will accept the return for store credit. Failure to contact immediately could result in us rejecting the return.



-Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

-To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

-After we receive your order we will then send you a special code for the order amount.

-We will not refund any purchase unless item is defective or damaged and we are contacted within 7 days after receiving the order. Failure to do so could result in us rejecting the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different color, size or any other item desired, email us with your request at

-If the item was a gift and the receiver did not like it, either the purchaser or the person who received the gift can exchange it for anther product on our website after we receive the product back and send a code for the exact amount spent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
